Monday – Friday 8.00am-6.00pm
plus Saturdays as required.
Any overtime to be paid at normal rate of pay.
A full and valid UK driving licence is essential.

Tasks as a Receptionist/Administrator
As a telephonist you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
As the successful candidate may be the first point of contact that a customer has with the business, applicants should possess the following attributes/skillsets:
– Attention to detail;
– Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment; and
– Excellent communication skills
Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required
Maintain and manage booking diary
Create and print job sheet
Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Maintain/update customer records
Convert job sheets into invoices, ensuring invoices match any quotations given to customers
Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
Speak to customers to book in vehicles, discuss their requirements and the repair to their vehicles, re: costs and progress of their repairs
Speak to suppliers to order parts.
